Vertex Law Strengthens Team

Vertex Law’s team of lawyers has been boosted by the addition of two members of staff and promotion for two others.

The Kings Hill based law firm has welcomed Claire Hollywood (a senior property lawyer) and Molly Blake (property trainee) to its ranks. They have both joined the Real Estate Team, in which they will cover all aspects of commercial property law including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development projects and corporate support work.

Irfan Baluch, Chief Executive at Vertex Law, said: “We are delighted that Claire and Molly have joined the Real Estate Team. With their help we will be able to further cement our position as leaders in the field and continue to work on some of the most significant commercial property transactions in Kent and the South East.”

Vertex Law’s commitment to training has also seen Sam Pout qualify from being a trainee solicitor into the Corporate Team and Ben Deeble-Rogers, who joined Vertex’s Technology and Media Team as a paralegal in March 2008, has now commenced his formal Training Contract.

Irfan Baluch said: “Quality is integral to everything we do at Vertex and having an effective training programme underpins this. Ben and Sam have made an invaluable contribution to their teams and I am sure they will continue to do so in the future.”
