Paul Jenner Joins Kent & Sussex Security

Paul Jenner has joined the Ashford based electronic security installation company, Kent and Sussex Security (KSS). Paul’s role as Sales project Engineer is to develop the fire security side of the business. He brings with him a wealth of experience within the fire security market place, having worked for Icom for almost 4 years and previously for his father’s company – also on fire security. “You could say I grew up with the business,” says Paul “it was a classic case of learning at your Father’s knee. I learnt a great deal – my Father’s business was well known and respected across Kent and he taught me not only about fire systems but also about the importance of having a good business ethos, that customer care is as vital to any business as the products it delivers.”

Paul approached KSS, having undertaken some research on them, admired their working standards and their customer focused, professional approach with over 15 years experience in the industry. Following meetings with John Jameson, Sales Direct and Geoff Hilton, Managing Director of KSS, it was agreed that Paul would bring another dimension to KSS and allow them to develop their portfolio of clients within the fire market sector. “Our market share of electronic security – including CCTV, alarms, intruder access as well as electronic gates and barriers – continues to grow steadily and Paul can now work with us to further increase our presence in both security and fire systems. He also reduces the aggregate age of our staff – always a bonus!” Comments Geoff Hilton.

When not at work, Paul spends time with his partner Georgina and her daughter Heidi. Paul enjoys squash (and looks forward to meeting Geoff on court!) as well as mountain biking – and a few beers to follow!
