Avante Partnership’s new website aims to be an essential resource for families

Avante Partnership based in Faversham, Kent, has redesigned its website with the aim of providing important information for the communities it serves in Kent and beyond!

The aim of the new website is to become an information portal for families looking for care or wanting to have a better understanding of dementia, care fees, youth support and home care support.

The charitable organisation is one of the South East’s largest providers of care and support for the elderly, those with dementia and young people and their families.

As a major part of the communities it serves, Avante Partnership supports over 3,000 customers across Kent and the South East and employs over 2,000 people. Its 50 volunteers provides over 2,670 hours of support. The investment in the website is to further serve these communities online whether looking for counselling for young people and their families, home care or residential dementia care.

New features include important information for dementia care that families will find helpful on nutrition, advice and tips on what to look for when visiting a care home plus a useful downloadable checklist. Additionally there is advice on paying for care and funding as well as a fee calculator.

Cedric Frederick, CEO, Avante Partnership said,

“We are best placed to offer families, individuals and commissioners the best and safest possible care, wherever we provide it and the best possible value for money in all that we do. The website provides a 24 hour support underpinning the service we offer to the communities we serve keeping them better informed. Avante serves the community by providing support that puts people first and the website development brings our community important information to help them. Everything we do, we do to serve the community.”
